TheEventLine.com does not maintain showrooms or pass this high cost on
to our customers. Our niche is the EVENT SUPERCENTER concept - a series
of high density warehouses allowing everyone access to 6 TIMES the
inventory elsewhere. This concept WORKS! In the last 5-years we've
quoted EVERY item wanted by our clients --- no matter how unique! Item
display is web-based and ordering electronic, with the attention of your
personal account manager whenever wanted. Everyone is always invited to
visit any of our warehouse to see items so you can be sure they are
right for your event. Items may not be located in the closest warehouse.
Warehouse visits do need to be scheduled a week or more in advance ---
there is no staff for drop-ins and scheduled deliveries cannot be

Safety Documentation. Insurance
companies track incidents reported by emergency services, government
agencies, claimants and
policy holders. With $2 million at risk in our policy,
investigations are thorough. In addition, we are registered or licensed with
Fire and Safety Departments in the States we operate in typically
Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Iowa
with other states as events arise.
Open Book On Safety. Our large inventory does not mean it cannot be safe. To the
contrary, our size helps us have the staff, parts and replacements needed to
correct problems before they become a safety issue. To prove this, we are
one of the few Companies to actually post our loss payout record
(downloadable by clicking the graphic to the left). This is the document
created by the insurance industry to track safety and assess risk. Since
2007, our insurance premiums have decrease nearly 50%, including those of
the companies we acquired in 2009. Rates are a good indicator of performance and go down only
as risk,

potential for injuries and some will occur. We will continue a zero tolerance
